Our Puppy Contract/Policies

By purchasing a puppy from Blue Frenchie Puppies, the buyer agrees to pay the full purchase price including any shipping or delivery fees before the puppy is released. The buyer agrees to provide proper supervision and humane care for the puppy, including adequate food, water, shelter, attention, training, and regular veterinary care. The puppy must not be allowed to roam outdoors without supervision and must always be kept in a safe environment. Blue Frenchie Puppies guarantees that the puppy is in good health and has a sound temperament at the time of sale and will provide health records including vaccinations and deworming. The buyer agrees to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery or pickup for a physical examination. If a veterinarian confirms a serious health issue that existed prior to sale, the buyer may return the puppy for a full refund according to the breeder’s policy. The breeder is not responsible for future damages, injuries, or behavioral issues after the puppy has been transferred to the buyer. If the buyer can no longer keep the puppy, Blue Frenchie Puppies must be notified first and will have the option to take back or help rehome the puppy. The puppy may not be sold, leased, traded, or given to pet shops, research laboratories, shelters, or similar facilities. By completing a purchase from Blue Frenchie Puppies, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated in this policy.
