📋 Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may only be considered under the following circumstances:
- A serious health condition is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within the specified guarantee period.
- The condition is verified through written veterinary documentation.
- The issue existed prior to the puppy's delivery or pickup.
- All health guarantee requirements have been followed by the purchaser. Refunds will not be issued without supporting veterinary documentation.
🚚 Delivery and Transportation
Once a puppy has been delivered, picked up, or transportation arrangements have been completed, shipping and transportation fees are non-refundable.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information and availability during transportation.
